Option 1
Guests can purchase their photos on the evening. The large (9"x6") mounted photos are charged at £10 each, or a package of 3 photos for £25.
There is no minimum spend or other such conditions.
Option 2
Guests can purchase their photos in advance. Some schools sell the photo tickets separately, others include the photos in the cost of the prom ticket. Prepaid photos are charged at a discounted rate of £8 each or 3 for £20. The school or committee collects the money in advance and supplies us with a cheque on the evening of the prom for the number presold. We then issue you with the appropriate number of credit card type tokens which you then distribute to guests and which are in turn exchanged for the photographs.
Option 3
Similar to the above, but rather than being an optional item here the school or committee will include the cost of the photo in every ticket so every guest receives a photo, or a package. The photo price is dependent upon the total number of guests - please contact us for options After the event, photos are uploaded to our gallery system where reprints and enlargements can be purchased, though it is substantially more cost effective to purchase on the evening.Some frequently asked questions for Proms
What are the costs to the organiser ?
There are no costs - we do not charge for attending Proms - we earn our keep by selling photos to the guests.
What are the costs of the prints ?
If guests are buying on the evening the the prints large 9"x6" prints are charged £10, or 3 prints for £25.
Prepaid photos are charged at £8 each, or 3 prints for £20.
How can guests pay for their photos ?
We accept cash and all major credit cards (including Amex).
How much space do you require ?
Our full sized studio requires a footprint of 5m x 5m (15ft x 15ft) for the studio, and a separate viewing area of around 2m x 2m (6ft x 6ft). The sales area can be up to 50m away from the studio. Our full size studio allows us to shoot full legth images and groups of up to 30 people.
We dont offer our compact studio at proms unless the photos are prepaid.
Will you attend if there's no space for a studio ?
Although each event is judged individually, it's unlikely unless the photos are prepaid. In order to make a reasonable return from the evening we need to create studio quality photos, and that generally entails a quality background, studio lighting and an area to work in.
Where should the studio be located ?
We dont charge an attendance fee for proms - we rely on sales at the event. That being the case it's very important that the studio or sales area is very visible. so that guests know that we're there. Typically, either in the function room , in the reception area next to the function room or the bar are good locations.
